Wings of Wellness: Monarch’s Women’s Health Initiative was born from a deeply personal experience. After founder Chiquita Rice’s mother suffered a heart episode, she witnessed firsthand how essential it is for women to understand, prioritize, and protect their health. That moment became the inspiration for a movement — one that connects heart health to whole health and reminds women that wellness is the foundation of a thriving life.

Wings of Wellness is dedicated to uplifting women’s health and well-being through education, advocacy, and holistic support. Like the wings of a butterfly, wellness represents strength, balance, and transformation. We invest in programs that promote preventive care and inspire healthy living, helping women enjoy the sweetness of life - a Monarch Investment Advisors' philosophy.
