Chiquita Rice is a dedicated financial advisor at Monarch Investment Advisors, specializing in helping professionals, especially ambitious women achieve their financial goals. She guides clients through major milestones like home ownership, advanced education, and legacy planning, with a focus on retirement, wealth building, and asset protection.  At Monarch Investment Advisors, Chiquita strives to enable all of her clients to enjoy the sweetness of life.

With over a decade of experience, Chiquita began her career as an auditor in insurance and asset management before transitioning to financial advising. She holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, CPFA® (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor) designation, and the AAMS® (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Beyond finance, she is deeply involved in community service, serving on the board of Shelter Music Boston, serves as a Board Member and Advisory Committee of the Massachusetts Women’s History Center and is a business member of Massachusetts Business Alliance for Education.  Chiquita holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies – Spanish from Auburn University and enjoys triathlon training, gardening, and cooking for family and friends at her home.

Dani is an experienced Office Administrator, with 20 years of expertise in streamlining office operations. A passionate advocate for support and simplification, Dani thrives on learning new things and innovating processes to keep people organized. Outside of work, Dani enjoys spending quality time with her family and reading. A proud military spouse of 18 years, Dani has lived across the US and overseas in Greece and Argentina. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
