Fitness Together Series ~ Kickboxing & Yoga


April is National African-American Women’s Fitness Month ~  All are welcome!

Join us for kickboxing and yoga.

We will start with 30 minutes of kickboxing followed by a 20 minute yoga (beginner friendly) cool down.  A majority of the yoga poses will be standing, so if you have no yoga experience - no problem.

What to bring

- Water

- Yoga mat, if you prefer to use your own mat.


- Tiffany Gailliard, Kickboxing & Strength Instructor, YMCA

- Chiquita Rice, Certified Yoga Instructor
