April is National African-American Women’s Fitness Month ~ All are welcome!
Join us for kickboxing and yoga.
We will start with 30 minutes of kickboxing followed by a 20 minute yoga (beginner friendly) cool down. A majority of the yoga poses will be standing, so if you have no yoga experience - no problem.
What to bring
- Yoga mat, if you prefer to use your own mat.
